22-inch touch screen vending machines are ideal for occasions where a large screen helps operators show advertisements, run marketing campaigns, or meet rules in regions where additional information has to be shown to consumers, such as nutrition information.
Because of the extended space behind the touch screen, this kind of vending machine is also popular for applications where heavy customization is required, especially industrial vending or vending machines with an HID card reader.

Who the KF10X22 is for
- Advertising and promotion. The 22-inch screen shows product images, brand content and campaigns between sales.
- Markets that require on-screen information. The large screen holds a full nutrition panel alongside advertising space, and multi-language interfaces. See nutrition information.
- Industrial vending. The KF10X22 is a common base platform for our industrial vending deployments, configured as a tool & parts vending machine for automated tool crib management, or as a point-of-use MRO station on the production floor.
- Fresh food, drinks and larger ranges. A full-size refrigerated cabinet for high-volume sites and mixed product ranges.
Configuration options
Payment
The KF10X22 takes an MDB cashless card reader, an MDB note reader and an MDB coin mech. Cashless terminals such as Nayax, Cantaloupe or VendCoin from our Australian software partner Vending on Track are supported over the standard MDB interface, so you can keep an existing processor. Item-level reporting comes from the machine’s own telemetry, not from the payment terminal, so every order records which product was sold even on a card sale. See payment methods.
Access control and industrial options
For workplace issue, staff log in with an RFID card or PIN, and the machine checks their entitlement or quota before it releases the item. The space behind the screen takes HID card readers and other hardware. These options are specified per project:
- Per-cell weight sensing, optional and fitted at the factory per cell, to confirm each dispense. It cannot be retrofitted, so specify it at order. See weight sensor tracking.
- ServiceNow integration, which logs dispense events as ITSM tickets. See ServiceNow integration.
- Biometric login, as an option at extra cost, quoted per project.
Screen features
- Shopping cart. Customers buy several items in one transaction. See shopping cart.
- Advertising content between sales, and multi-language interfaces.
Refrigeration
Choose ambient, or refrigerated with R290 or R134a refrigerant; refrigerated costs more. Refrigerated KioskForce machines have a health-control block that stops sales when the cabinet goes out of temperature range, set to your food-safety rules.
Specifying a refrigerated build? The EU now regulates refrigerated vending machines under Ecodesign — including an 8-year spare-parts requirement and the shift from R134a to R290 — which changes how you should lock the refrigerant and serviceability spec. Read the EU Ecodesign guide for refrigerated vending machines.

Coils and layout
The coil type and pitch are chosen per selection so that each product drops reliably. See coil options and the planogram configurator.
Fitting it into the building
The KF10X22 is 1,310 mm wide, 820 mm deep and 1,975 mm tall. At 820 mm deep it will not pass an 815 mm (32-inch) clear door opening, the minimum in the 2010 ADA Standards, without a wider door or removing the door leaf. Check that the final position is wide enough for the cabinet plus room to open the door, and measure every door and lift on the route.
When the KF10X22 is the wrong choice
- The position is narrow. The KF6X10 is 616 mm wide.
- You do not need the large screen or extra internal space. The BG10X10 is 200 mm narrower, has a 10-inch sidecar touchscreen and starts from USD 1,200.
- Items are bulky, fragile or come back. Locker cells suit them better than coils. See the L180-10C locker and PPE vending machines with hybrid return cells.
- There is no floor space. A compact wall-mount vending machine mounts on the wall.
Price, lead time and ordering
- Price: from USD 2,100 per unit at the published indicative price, before freight, duties and installation. Base industrial PPE, tool and MRO machines start from the same USD 2,100. At up to 60 selections, that is about USD 35 per selection. See vending machine cost.
- Minimum order: modified standard models (colour, branding, payment configuration) can be ordered as a single unit. Fully custom designs with a new enclosure or custom software typically start at 10 units.
- Lead time: 4–6 weeks to build a modified standard model, 8–12 weeks for a full custom design, plus shipping.
- Power and certification: built to the electrical supply of the destination market. Tell us the market at quotation and we confirm which certification marks and test reports come with the build.
- Warranty and support: 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Support is by email, or through the local distributor where one supplied the machine; that distributor also handles warranty and service. On-site installation is optional and, in some regions, provided through a local distributor.
Frequently asked questions
What makes the KF10X22 different from other full-size vending machines?
The KF10X22 has a 22-inch touchscreen, the largest of the standard floor-standing vending machine models (the KF6X10 and BG10X10 have 10-inch screens), for advertising, marketing campaigns, nutrition information and multi-language interfaces. The extended space behind the screen also accommodates HID card readers, additional sensors and custom dispensing mechanisms, which is why it is a common base platform for industrial vending deployments.
What payment methods does the KF10X22 support?
MDB cashless (credit card reader), MDB note reader and MDB coin mechanism.
Can the KF10X22 be refrigerated?
Yes. It is available in refrigerated (R290 or R134a) or ambient configuration, in 5-wide or 4-wide layouts with 5 or 6 trays.
How much does the KF10X22 cost?
The KF10X22 has a published indicative starting price of USD 2,100 per unit, the same starting price as KioskForce’s base industrial PPE, tool and MRO machines. Freight, duties and installation are extra, and refrigeration, payment hardware, sensors and branding move the price.
How many selections does the KF10X22 hold?
The standard 5-wide layout carries 10 selections per row, so up to 60 selections with six trays. The 4-wide layout carries 8 per row, on 5 or 6 trays.
Why is the KF10X22 wider than the BG10X10?
Both are 820 mm deep and 1,975 mm high, but the KF10X22 is 1,310 mm wide against 1,110 mm. The extra 200 mm carries the 22-inch touchscreen and the space behind it for card readers and extra sensors.
