Send us the machine model and serial number along with a photo of the part and where it sits in the machine. We confirm the part, the price and the shipping method for your location before anything is dispatched. Small parts such as motors, springs, locks and seals ship by courier; larger assemblies such as doors, refrigeration components or complete tray sets ship by freight because the packaging and handling requirements differ.

What happens if my machine stops dispensing correctly?

Most failed vends come from three causes: the product does not match the coil (wrong pitch or diameter for the pack size), spring ends have worn, or the machine has no way to confirm the item actually fell. The first is a configuration problem that planogram fit checking prevents, the second is a wear item you can stock, and the third is why per-cell weight sensing is offered.
