When a customer shows up and says “I need a vending machine that does X,” they get handed off between three or four disconnected vendors — and someone on the customer’s team ends up as the unpaid project manager.
KioskForce was built to solve exactly this. We do the three things that have to work together, under one roof:
Hardware. Our Nanjing office handles design and engineering. Our integrated manufacturing facility in Cangzhou, Hebei, handles sheet metal and assembly. We design our own control boards — we’re not buying off-the-shelf modules and hoping they talk to each other.
Software. Embedded firmware, Android industrial-control UI, AWS cloud backend, payment gateways — all developed in-house. One codebase, one architecture, one team that knows how the whole stack fits together.
Vending domain knowledge. Ten-plus years in this business. We know what breaks at 3am in a factory break room. We know which payment methods actually work in which countries. Hardware
KioskForce hardware is manufactured at our integrated production facility in Cangzhou, Hebei — a major industrial manufacturing hub in northern China. Our Nanjing office handles design, engineering, and quality control. This integrated model gives us the best of both worlds: dedicated production capacity without being tied to a single line — we match each project to the right equipment, whether it requires sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration assembly, or precision robotics integration.

Software
Our software team builds the full stack — from embedded firmware on our control boards, to the Android UI your users see, to the AWS cloud backend that tracks every transaction. We also integrate with enterprise systems: ServiceNow for IT vending, Salesforce for CRM, and any REST API your team already uses.
Embodied AI & Robotics
KioskForce is developing embodied AI for unattended retail — the intersection of robotics, computer vision, and autonomous control. Our robotic vending platform features a precision multi-axis robotic arm with closed-loop joint control, AI vision for product detection and grasp planning, adaptive gripping with sensory feedback, and distributed real-time motion control — engineered for the demands of 24/7 vending operations.
