Parcel lockers remove a missed delivery.
Food lockers remove the delivery itself — the rider consolidates drops into one locker stop.
Three to five restaurants can pool deliveries to a single locker location, cutting per-restaurant last-mile cost by 60–75% (ParcelHive, 2026).
Here is the margin math in four steps.
