Parcel Locker Price Enquiry

Tell us about the building and the lockers you need, and we reply with a cell layout, a drawing, a firm price including freight, and a lead time. As a rough guide, a small bank of about 10 cells with a courier touchscreen typically comes in at a few thousand US dollars, roughly US$2,000–5,000. A 50–100-cell building system is roughly US$8,000–20,000. Software is a flat monthly fee of around US$100 per location, with no per-parcel or resident fees. Freight, duties and installation are extra, and your quote fixes the price. We are taking reservations for the first production run.

Send us the building and the lockers you have in mind, and an engineer replies with a cell layout, a drawing and a firm price including freight. Best guesses are fine: if you don’t know the cell mix yet, give us the parcels per day and we will propose one. For how a building’s cell count is worked out, see the apartment parcel locker sizing guide.

The firm quote depends on the mix of standard, large, oversize and chilled cells, an outdoor build, the number of courier touchscreens your entrances need, branding and where the lockers ship. Installation is optional from us and, in some regions, is provided through a local distributor.

Frequently asked questions

How much do parcel lockers cost?

As a rough guide, a small bank of about 10 cells with a courier touchscreen typically comes in at a few thousand US dollars, roughly US$2,000 to 5,000. A 50 to 100-cell building system is roughly US$8,000 to 20,000. Software is a flat monthly fee of around US$100 per location, with no per-parcel or resident fees. Freight, duties and installation are extra, and the firm quote fixes the price for your configuration.

Why don’t you publish a price per cell?

Because the price of a parcel locker depends far more on the mix than on the cell count: how many large and oversize cells, whether any are chilled, whether the bank goes outdoors, how many touchscreens the entrances need, and where it ships. A rough range plus a firm quote for your building is more useful than a per-cell number that leaves those out.

What happens after I send the enquiry?

An engineer reads it and replies, usually with questions about the site first. You then receive a proposed cell layout, a drawing and a firm price including freight to your address, with a lead time. Nothing is charged at that stage. Custom builds take about 8 to 12 weeks from an approved drawing to dispatch, plus shipping.

What does reserving a first-run slot involve?

A reservation holds a place in the first production run of the courier walk-up parcel locker while we finalise the cell mix, branding and building directory setup with you. Reserving is free. We ask for a refundable deposit only once you have approved the drawing and the firm quote, and the drawing approval starts the build lead time.

Why do you ask what price feels too expensive?

Because we are setting the price for the first production run and would rather hear it from property managers and facility teams than guess. Those questions are optional and do not change your quote. They tell us where the price stops making sense for an apartment building, an office or a campus.
