KioskForce Industrial Vending Machines

KioskForce has announced the release of the new industrial vending machine, which is designed to automate the distribution of various industrial equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) categories. With three locker cells on the right side, its modular design efficiently accommodates the dispensing of consumables like masks, as well as the management of trackable equipment like hard hats.

Hybrid Mode: Dispense & Return in a Single Machine

This is what sets KioskForce apart. Each of the 3 locker cells operates in hybrid mode — meaning a single cell can be used to dispense an item (e.g., a helmet) AND later accept the return of that same item.

Most industrial vending solutions on the market separate these functions into different hardware: one machine dispenses, another collects returns. This means double the floor space, double the installation cost, and a fragmented user experience where employees must go to two different stations.

KioskForce’s hybrid design eliminates that redundancy. In one ambient machine, employees can:

• Pick up disposable items like masks and gloves from the vending coils
• Take out trackable equipment like hard hats and safety harnesses from their assigned locker cell
• Return used equipment back to the same cell after their shift — with every transaction logged for compliance

No separate return station. No second machine to install. Just one unit that handles the full PPE lifecycle.

Industrial Equipment and Managed Dispensing System

The VoT-supported Industrial Vending System is a state-of-the-art solution to both dispense disposable items and track the status of returnable items.

For employees, they are able to access the required products by entering the access code on the vending machine or tapping their employee card. Real-time inventory level and retrieval records are accessible through the dashboard, including employee name, key card number, transaction time, product, machine name, location, and job ID. After using a trackable item, employees must return it to the assigned cell by operating on the vending machine screen. The returning information will also be recorded in detail in the system.
